39. the defoliate tree stands there alone

the defoliate tree stands there alone
even Death does not visit him

Lucretius tells philosophy in song
moved my hearing

the eternal fountain of life has been opened
melted rubies and sapphires
and then forget them

Wills listened to the road's guide
came to the Olympus
became the lover of the Muses

i draw on dreams out of thin air
the courage wouldn't be tame
it will begin a new conquest
the tree doesn't die

The Defoliate Tree
